Kratom is a miracle for so many people, but it can take some trial and error to find what works best for you. 

We will make sure you are taken care of, no matter what.

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please let us know. We will make it right!


NO-HASSLE RETURNS

NEW / UNOPENED PRODUCTS

If you wish to return a product for a full refund, it must be unused and in the same condition it was when you received it. 

We will accommodate full refunds within 60 days of your confirmed delivery date. For more information, see the REFUNDS section below.

USED / OPENED PRODUCTS

If you need to return an open/used product, that’s okay! We can offer you a similar replacement product.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If any of your products are damaged in transit, let us know right away. 
Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement at no additional cost (conditions apply).

Send an email to help@happyhippo.com and describe what happened.

Please include at least one clear photo of the damaged product(s).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

It is your responsibility to check and confirm that your country allows the return shipment of your product(s). 

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, restrictions, penalties, rules, regulations, or other requirements that may apply in countries outside the United States. Any and all such requirements are your responsibility.

REFUNDS

We will send you an email confirmation to let you know we have received your return.

From there, you can opt to receive a full refund to the original method of payment, or store credit.

ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD

If you choose this refund option, expect a bit of processing time. Most refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

If you have not received your refund within 5-7 business days, try contacting your bank.

STORE CREDIT

If you choose this option, you will receive store credit equal to the amount of the full refund.

Store credit is usable immediately and does not expire.
